Halsall & Associates was born in Margaret River which is arguably the tourist capital of Western Australia. Much of the work conducted by Halsall & Associates has been in the tourism sector as a result. Halsall & Associates has assisted and helped with proposals for a wide variety of tourist development and this has included chalets, guesthouses, holiday houses, resorts, restaurants, wineries and other interesting rural tourist pursuits. In addition Halsall & Associates specialises in caravan park and camping developments and is a member of the Caravan Industry Association of Western Australia. Halsall & Associates is currently working on a number of plans for parks and has developed considerable knowledge in relation to the Caravan and Camping Regulations and associated town planning scheme provisions and policy relating to development of parks. Halsall & Associates has specialist experience and knowledge gained from working on a large number of caravan park proposals particularly in recent years and would welcome the opportunity to work on further projects throughout Western Australia. This could include producing an overall park plan, Structure Plan or Local Development Plan, resolving land tenure issues, designing internal park layout compliant with the Regulations, proposing additional chalets, assisting in providing additional facilities such as cafes, recreation facilities and meeting other town planning requirements.
